Based on conversation with you, we will suggest next steps. It is useless to write them here in detail, since every case is individual and every person has his or her own organisation.

If you have not extracted your teeth (and they are indicated for extraction), you can do that in Queen clinic or in the country where you live. For the need of all on 6 or all on 4 dental implants placement we should do the three-dimensional (CBCT) x rays and temporary denture. These are the first steps.

Did you know that all on 6 and all on four dental implants treatments are planned backwards? That`s right, first the entire prosthetic part is planned, i.e. where the teeth will be in relation to the lip and where the gums will be, whether you will be able to speak clearly with the new teeth, whether they will be a suitable support for the lip and similar details.

That is why it is necessary to make dentures first, which serve as a general rehearsal and give us all the mentioned information.

Is all on 4 painfull?

The installation of all on 4 dental implants is nothing terrible, you will easily survive the process.

The process is done under local anesthesia and during the intervention you will not feel anything while our specialist works. Of course, you can occasionally talk to us during the intervention.

All on 4 even with more comfort?

Yes, why not?!

If it would be easier for you, all on 4 can also be installed under sedation. Then you are in the hands of our experienced anesthetist specialist. Sedation implies that you are in a calm state, relaxed, communicating with us but not in a deep sleep.

You will not remember the entire intervention and you will have the impression that it lasts less. In case you use sedation, it is mandatory that you have an escort to your home or accommodation after installation of all on 4.

And if you don`t have one, don`t worry, we can take care of it.

It is interesting for you to know that our human bone generally has no pain sensitivity. But soft tissues, the gums have.

The greater the manipulation of the gums (larger operative field with a greater number of implants), leads to the greater postoperative sensitivity.

We say postoperative for a reason, because during the intervention you are under anesthesia, so you don`t feel anything at all. With the correct use of painkillers, you will not feel discomfort even in the postoperative period.

In order to manipulate with a gum as little as possible and cause almost no trauma during dental implants installation, we place implants with the help of digital technologies and a surgical stent.

The surgical stent allows us to precisely insert dental implants in a predetermined position. Thus, we get significant help and guidance during implantation and reduce the need to deatach the gums. The less manipulation with the gums, the easier and faster the patient`s recovery.

Of course all people who need dental implants would love to hear how simple the procedure is, as if we touch you with the magic wand and you get a tooth.

We will make some of you happy, it`s true. But only in situations where individual teeth are missing, i.e. one or two teeth. The installation of one or two implants really does not cause any discomfort, you almost feel as if you have never been to the dentist.

However, if you install more implants or do all on 6 or all on 4, the situation is a little different. But don`t worry, even then, it`s not too hard that you can`t stand it and go through the procedure.

When do you think you will be able to eat after all on 4 dental implants installation?

We know that question bothers you, we`ve heard it so many times. 🙂

In general you will be able to eat as soon as the anesthesia wears off (about 2

hours after the all on 4 implantation).

And we read your mind, next question is – when will I get new teeth?

You will have new teeth same or next day after the all on 4 intervention! Those are temporary teeth, so you will immediately have a decent and beautiful smile and speech, but you still won`t be able to eat all the food with them.

In order for all on 4 dental implants to integrate well into your bone, they must not be under heavy load or have micro-movements that would certainly occur when chewing hard food. If you are not careful with your food, the entire process of installing the all on four implants could fail.

You are allowed to eat soups, mushy and soft food. We advise you to buy a blender if you don`t already have one because it will be your loyal friend for the next few months.

It is necessary to eat healthy even in the postoperative period and to take in all the ingredients you need for normal functioning.
